The Clarion prep for vinyl storage shed allows you to match the existing siding on your home making
the Clarion an attractive addition to your backyard and comes with everything needed to apply exterior siding that you purchase locally.
It's unique design offers an overhang to help protect the doors from the elements and features a loft for additional storage.
The 5'-4" wide door opening can accommodate your riding mower or four wheeler. Offset doors create a large storage area
on one side.

Home Delivery
Convenient home delivery is available anywhere in the lower 48 states.
This is called "curbside delivery" which will place the kit at the end of your driveway.
It is not the driver's responsibility to bring the product into your garage or yard.
Drivers do not assist in unpacking or cleanup.
The freight carrier will call to schedule an appointment during normal business hours.
Please provide a daytime phone number at check out. Someone will need to be present at the time of delivery.
A signature is required.
Inspect the merchandise before the driver departs. If you notice any damage, make sure the driver indicates
this on the delivery slip before you sign it.
General
Once you receive your new building begin by unpacking the pre-cut framing, doors and hardware.
You will also receive a detailed manual with step by step instructions. Each step is explained with clear instructions and
detailed line art and has been developed with the novice builder in mind.

We use the highest grade of lumber from Sweden and Germany. These countries require a more stringent grading system than
US standards insuring only the best lumber is used in your shed kit.
Siding
Vinyl siding purchased by owner.
Exterior walls are prepped with OSB (oriented strand board) for application of vinyl siding of your choice.
Owner buys vinyl siding locally.
Vinyl siding offers the shed owner a lasting durable finish to compliment their home.

Add one piece of J-Channel for each window. For vinyl shakes on both side gables, deduct 50 sq. ft. of lap siding and add shake material, plus starter if needed.
Loft
The Clarion model provides a 2nd level loft floor of OSB (oriented strand board) for those "where do I put it?" items.
Our Clarion includes a loft to provide additional storage without taking a lot of yard space.
A loft provides an ideal, out of the way area for storing seasonal decorations, small boxes,
chair cushions and smaller items.
A 4' deep loft floor is provided at each end of the building.
Windows
Optional Item
Optional single hung windows with screens & decorative wood shutters.
Single hung windows 18" x 27" aluminum windows provide light and ventilation. Lockable frames are durable and easy to operate. Screens limit birds and insects. Decorative wood shutters are pre-assembled.
Decorative octagonal gable windows illuminate interiors, beautify exteriors.
Trusses
Our trusses are engineered to handle severe snow load of 40 psf (pounds per square foot) and 90 mph wind loads.
Floor
Optional Floor
Our wood floor systems offer two designs that let you choose what is best suited for your needs.
The standard floor is best installed over and existing founcation, cement slab, blacktop or gravel base.
Bricks or patio stones can be used to level the 2x4 treated framing. The standard floor includes
treated 2x4's 16" o.c. and 5/8" OSB ( Oriented Strand Board ).
The deluxe floor includes 4x4 treated runners which gives support for the floor joists and
allows you to set the foundation directly on grass. By raising the foundation above the ground
the 4x4's provide for air flow which eliminates moisture. The deluxe floor includes 4x4 treated runners,
treated 2x4's 16" o.c. and 3/4" plywood.
Nails are included. Floor requires cutting and assembly. Floor sheathing is not treated.
Optional Pre-cut Treated Wood Ramp
Choose an optional pre-cut treated wood ramp system to pair with our Deluxe Floor System. This optional ramp is designed to match our Deluxe Floor to correctly match the height of the floor with runners.

Optional Item
Optional 18" decorative cast iron brackets for porch overhang.
Purchased as a pair these brackets ship unpainted and will add to the appeal of your new shed kit.
